Regular Service Rate: $65.00 *

Rate applies to all pre-scheduled service calls occurring during regular business hours Monday thru Friday 9:00AM to 5:00PM

* Hourly rate per technician, One hour Minimum charge for regular services, billing occurs in half hour increments.

Emergency/Same Day Service Rate: $85.00 **

Rate applies to all emergency/same day service calls.

 ** Hourly rate per technician, One hour Minimum charge for Emergency/After hours Services, billing occurs in half hour increments.

After hours Service Rate: $95.00 ***

Rate applies to all on site service performed outside regular business hours.

 *** Hourly rate per technician, One hour Minimum charge for After hours Services, billing occurs in half hour increments.

Remote Service Rate: $55.00 ****

Only available to regular service clients

Rate applies to all pre-scheduled Remote services and all pre-scheduled after hours Remote services that can be arranged at our discretion.

For all non scheduled emergency Remote support the Emergency/Same day service rate will apply. 

**** Hourly rate per technician, Half hour Minimum charge for remote services, billing occurs in Quarter hour increments.
